Memberships & Payments
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Mentorship & Services
Mentorship, training, and consulting services are provided for general professional guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions made for your property or team.
Intellectual Property
All content, courses, documents, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Student Housing Guide. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell them without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Student Housing Guide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
