Meet the Founder — Nicole Stines
Nicole Stines has spent over two decades in student and multifamily housing — leading operations, leasing, lease-ups, turns, and distressed-asset stabilization. After years of watching talented professionals get promoted and then left to figure it out alone, she built Student Housing Guide to provide the mentorship, training, and operational support she wished she'd had at every stage of her career.
Today, Nicole leads a national network of mentors and specialists committed to one belief: when people are supported, performance follows.
