Nicole Stines brings over 25 years of student housing expertise spanning both on-campus residence life and off-campus property management nationwide. Her career has taken her through every level of housing operations—from Resident Assistant supervision at small liberal arts colleges to overseeing portfolios of 9,000+ beds across 21 properties as Assistant Vice President of Operations. A systems builder at heart, Nicole has authored emergency preparedness plans, CA selection processes, delinquency policies, operations manuals, and training programs. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Nicole currently serves as CEO of Student Housing Guide and President of JNS Properties & Management.

Nicole enjoys cooking and baking, coaching both of her daughters' volleyball teams, reliving her youth through concert attendance, watching YouTube with her Husband, and painting (canvas, not walls).
