Gretta Dare started her career in property management as a leasing consultant and spent the next eighteen years moving through nearly every operational role in both student and conventional housing. She later served as Managing Director of a boutique student housing firm, and held a leadership role overseeing the transition of management for more than twenty student and conventional properties nationwide. As President of SH Central, she contributed to an advanced reporting platform combining data clarity, market intelligence, and operational visibility. Today, as CEO of Vitra Housing, she leads a growing property management and consulting company known for operational transparency and adaptive, technology-forward systems.
